Purchasing using PayPal


When you begin the purchasing process on our website, you are taken to PayPal's servers via a secure connection. PayPal uses the industry standard Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL), just as online banks do, and uses 128 bit encryption - the highest commercially available. As all of the ordering and payment process takes place on PayPal's secure servers, we never see your credit card details. PayPal transfers your payment to our PayPal account, and informs us of the completed transaction. Then we ship you the product. After you finish the transaction, PayPal sends you an automatically generated message confirming the sale. When we ship you the book(s), which is hopefully not long after, we will also let you know by email. Currently we ship books about once a week, so on average your order will be sent out in 3-4 days.

Postage

We have a Canadian distribution centre, which allows us to ship to North American customers in generally under two weeks.

Expect one week to Australia or New Zealand, 7-14 working days to Europe, and 10-25 working days to the rest of the world.

Our books will be shipped in appropriate packaging to minimize the potential for damage.

Customers may order multiple copies of the book, and save shipping costs. The price for two or more copies is $49.95 (AUS) per copy plus a total of $8 (AUS) shipping, to anywhere in the world. So if you order two books, the price will be $107.90 (AUS).
